Humans spend a lot of their time at work (both business owners and employees) so its important that everyone gets to enjoy each day. To make this happen, its essential to successfully navigate employment legislation and business objectives with employee engagement and workplace culture to ensure your business is operating effectively as it can be. Making sure this balance is in place is where my experience lies and what I enjoy supporting businesses in completing.

Currently working as a Licensed Immigration Adviser (provisional), I started working at People Plus in 2019 when I came onboard as a Business Support Partner then moved across to the role of Immigration Coordinator.  I am currently studying towards my Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice and have completed the first four papers required to hold a provisional licence.

I enjoy meeting a diverse range of clients from all over the world and supporting our local businesses with their immigration needs.
